Corrie Ten Boom:
The Hiding Place

Question for the night:
What is one thing you think of when you think of "Safe"?

Outline:
Open the group time in prayer.
After getting acquainted, talking about personal highlights
from the week, and answering the Question of the night...
Pass around the handouts.
Pray for ears and eyes to  be open to what God has for
each student.
Talk about Corrie's life and ministry (
book review & topic
outline).
Walk through the handout - ask students to remember that
the focus of the ser
ies is mentoring (Titus 2:3-5), passing
along what you are learning is a mentoring principle. Ask
students to share one Scripture that was brought to mind,
and one thing they would like other people to know.
Ask for prayer requests and close in prayer.
If there is time remaining, ask the students about the
se
ries challenge. Have any of them decided to find a
mentor them, or someone to mentor? How is it going?

Series ‘Challenge’
We are encouraging those of you who are willing, and desire to do so, to find a
mentor who will walk through the ser
ies with you, and/or to become a mentor to a
younger woman (younger in the faith, or younger in age). Being in a mentoring
relationship is a large responsibility, but can also be very rewarding. We are more
than willing to help you find a mentor, or to help you begin mentoring a young
woman, however we would caution you to be in prayer over this challenge. Feel
free to contact us via email for more information or for assistance in this challenge.
